A rating is an account of reported patient experience, not a clinical quality certificate. A listed HMO partner does not establish your individual plan benefits. And a named team member is not automatically the medical reviewer of every page.
We credit a clinical reviewer only after that person has reviewed the specific guide. That keeps editorial responsibility separate from directory data checks and team leadership.
